Shipping policy
We aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours. However, please bear with us, as during busy periods this may take a little longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery times vary by destination:
- UK: 7-21 business days
- Europe: 7-21 business days
- United States: 7-21 business days
- Rest of World: 10-30 business days
Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
If you do not see your country of residence listed as a destination we currently ship to, please email info@sklldggry.com and we will be happy to assist you in completing your order.
Shipping Carriers We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Multiple Items If you order multiple products, they may be shipped from different facilities to ensure the fastest delivery time. This means you may receive your items separately and incur separate shipping charges.
Delays During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delays occur.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll work to resolve the issue.
Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sklldggry is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancel The Order If the order has been paid but not shipped out, please contact us as soon as possible, to request to cancel an order. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
